About Flora

Flora’s upbringing has significantly shaped who she is and how she works and leads this Practice.

Flora’s parents – traditional Southern Italians – emigrated to Kent in England in 1970 where she grew up with her brothers. From a tiny Italian village they have a strong moral compass and exceptional work ethic, which they instilled in their children. While money was limited, a family life built on love and ethics was plentiful. Her parents owned a fish and chip shop and by the age of eight her father was teaching her about finances. She learned about profit in the cash & carry with a catering-size box of crisps under his arm – a powerful memory. From an early age she loved numbers. She saw how hard her parents worked, their attention to detail and their exceptional customer service. Long term loyal customers who loved their fish and chips grew their business. It was their key to success. Her father would say “If you don’t bother to look after your customers why would they bother with you?” This client centred work ethic is in her DNA. She combines this with her financial experience to provide the very best client service.

The combination of her love of numbers and caring for people, led her to retrain and qualify as a financial adviser. Flora wanted to help others achieve financial security and peace of mind. She has a great passion for financial planning, driven and inspired by the difference it can make. There are many reasons why planning for one’s financial future is important for just about everyone - regardless of status or wealth. And she understands the significant value of planning for long-term financial security and the impact it can have at different stages of life.
